A BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO THE PROJECT OF THE NEW TYPE PAPER BAG
¤ş¤şThe whole set of bag making machines by Japan Newlong industry has been equipped and put into production in the year of 2006 in our company. It is the first set of advanced production line that can make new type paper bag in China. Its main products include PINCH BAG, EASY-TEAR BAG, SEWED FLAT OPEN BAG, and SEWED VALVE BAG.
¤ş¤şAfter people pay more and more attention to environmental protection, countries think highly of the recycling paper bag. Some developed countries as such as our country issued laws and regulations to popularize the new type environmental paper bag. The new type of paper bag have came into use in the industry of chemical, food, additive, feedstuff etc. They are green environmental product, especially fit for the package of commodities exported to Europe. It is fit for the package of goods that is under the classification of second-class dangerous goods, and good to automatic tubing processing line. It can be stacked neatly, and strongly support pallets and containers. The demand of the market is growing.
¤ş¤şThe main products of our company are PINCH BAG and EASY-TEAR BAG. Besides the above advantages, the material is mostly imported, and processed in jumbo advanced production line. They are the good substitute of the imported ones.
¤ş¤şThe features of pinch bag: a seal laminated by multi-layer Kraft paper can form a two layer seal including inner seal and outer seal after sealed by customers¡¯ automatic feeding and sealing machine, can make the final product of good airproof, of high intensity, recycling, environmental, and of high efficiency.
¤ş¤şThe features of easy-tear bag: it is of high intensity and easy to use. An easy-tear strip is added to the seal by the multi-layer Kraft paper, which omits the process of sewing. Just a pull of the easy-tear strip, you can easily open the seal. It is really quick and environmental. |
